We all want to believe that we are special. Most of us grow up being told that we are, and it feels good to believe it. But over time, as life happens and the world pushes back, we look around and start to feel like we are just like everyone else. Yet, God never loses sight of who He made you to be.

When people enter your life, your divine light often serves as a mirror to their character. You carry presence, discernment, clarity, and deep awareness. Sadly, some will misinterpret your quietness and peace for weakness or submissiveness. They may try to act like puppeteers, attempting to manipulate your life, only to realize they are trapped in their own delusions.
The world may have treated you as an afterthought, like a fallback plan, an emotional crutch, or a spare tire. They treated access to your life as an entitlement rather than a privilege. But when someone tries to break a chosen one, they only shatter their own illusions.
You are not a bandage for those who refuse to do the hard work of healing. You are not a safety net or a second choice.
“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last.”

Your worth is non-negotiable. It is not something to be toyed with or questioned by people who fail to recognize your value. When someone mistreats you, their actions reflect their own heart, not your worth. Closing the door on toxic behavior is not coldness; it is protecting the sacred peace God gave you. Let their regret serve as their own lesson, and leave them in the silence that echoes louder than their pretenses.

It is time to step into who you truly are. You are chosen for greatness, so walk with the quiet dignity and authority of a royal priesthood. Thank God today that He sees you as special, lifts you out of the ordinary, and brings you into the light of the extraordinary.
Never let the mistreatment of others cause you to forget who you are in Christ. Stay true to yourself, protect your peace, and keep walking in your divine calling.
